Child Support (Enforcement) Bill awaits Royal Assent

The Child Support (Enforcement) Bill is now one step closer to becoming law. After its third reading in the House of Lords on July 14th, it's now awaiting the Royal Assent. This crucial bill will empower the Child Maintenance Service to enforce child support payments from non-resident parents, without needing to go through the court system.
